Kids appreciate how the Amish live when the wifi goes out

Taylor and Joey got their first experience living as country folk who live off the land when their TP-Link router shutdown for three hours.

"It was weird," Joey recalled, "I had no ability to go online. It's like how the Amish live on their farms."

Joey and Taylor resorted to watching DVDs and playing older video game systems for the time, sympathizing with the agricultural commune.

Taylor realized how difficult non-technological communities have it when she was only able to play offline games on her dad's computer. "The Amish only get Minesweeper and Chess. They are very resilient."

"It's like having nothing but your imagination and natural resources," Joey commented, putting down the iPod Shuffle, "I thought my brother and I would have to start growing crops."

Both kids are stable now that the WIFI had rebooted. Taylor and Joey both learned a valuable lesson about those who manage without technological advances.
